Our story started in Birmingham 2017, England. It began with our founder Mita Patel and her ethos in something revolutionary : that Self Care is as necessary as breathing. She observed there to be a strong stigma associated with ‘self care’ usually described as being ‘selfish’. Mita was adamant to challenge this and change the worlds relationship with ‘Self Care’.She began to make pampering products from the finest sourced ingredients and gifting them to her friends and family whilst promoting Self Care. 
LoveThySelf has always been more than Luxury Spa Products. It carries a value, morals that caring for one self is a necessity. It is as necessary as breathing. 
Mita would champion this value and was finding that more and more she would hear from her friends and family “Yes, I need to be more Selfish”.This motivated Mita even more to Champion the value of self care. There is nothing “Selfish” about self care. She would preach to her friends “Vow to LoveThySelf”, “LoveThySelf every single day, unapologetically”. Mita continued to develop her products, catering to the people that she cared about whilst carrying the message “LoveThySelf”.
