Founded in Birmingham 2017 by Mita Patel, LoveThySelf was created with one belief at its core: self care is not selfish - it's essential.
What began as handmade pampering products shared with friends and family soon grew into a brand rooted in wellbeing, intention and self love. Mita wanted to challenge the stigma around prioritising yourself and encourage people to embrace self care unapologetically.
