At LoveThySelf, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our returns and refund policy below.

Return Eligibility

Due to hygiene, health, and safety reasons, we can only accept returns on products that are:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In their original packaging
  • In a resalable condition

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Products with damaged or missing packaging
  • Items returned outside the return window unless faulty

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

We will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The item is faulty
  • We sent the incorrect product

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Clear photographs showing the problem

Once reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or exchange.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a faulty item.

Allergic Reactions and Skin Sensitivities

As skincare products interact differently with each individual's skin, we strongly recommend patch testing before use.

Refunds cannot be issued for products that have been opened or used due to personal preference, skin compatibility, allergic reactions, or sensitivities, unless the product is found to be faulty.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled and must instead follow the returns process outlined above.
